Prepare Your Home: Please make sure to share our home prep list with your client to get the property ready for photos as we shoot in as is basis. Photographer is happy to assist with minor adjustments but is unable to help clean or move heavy personal items due to time and liability reasons.

Payment: Our clients will be able to see small previews of the photos
before paying. Downloads will be available as soon as the balance is settled. Deposits are nonrefundable and due before the shoot date.

Delivery: Delivery time is 24-48 hours

Rescheduling/Cancelation: Love & Light Media Does not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees. We understand things happen and we will be happy to work it out with you.

Copyright Notice: Love & Light Media LTD is the copyright holder of any images we produce. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.

Photo Rights and Usage: The original agent who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale in the MLS and cannot be reused without specific written permission.
Images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but rather the right to use them during the
specific term the property is for sale/rent (depending on which license was purchased) . The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.
